Several improvements to the pause screen have been made:

+ Added a transparent dark background so text is easier to read
+ Added an indicator for what level you're currently on
~ Activate/Deactivate Scouter control explanation has been moved from the Player Controls section to the Scouter Controls section
~ Fixed the pause screen not scaling properly to screen size

Other changes:

+ Added an explanation at the beginning of level 1 on how to progress through each level, for clarity
- Removed the need to slide in one of the sections in level 2
